1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

2. Vilka uppgifter vi samlar in

När du fyller i kontaktformuläret på webbplatsen samlar vi in de uppgifter du själv lämnar, vilket normalt är namn, företag, e-postadress, telefonnummer och innehållet i ditt meddelande. Vi samlar inte in fler uppgifter än vad du väljer att uppge.

3. Ändamål och rättslig grund

Vi behandlar dina uppgifter för att kunna besvara din förfrågan, boka in och genomföra en demonstration samt föra en dialog om tjänsten. Den rättsliga grunden är vårt berättigade intresse av att hantera förfrågningar från presumtiva kunder, och i förekommande fall att vidta åtgärder på din begäran inför ett eventuellt avtal.

4. Hur länge vi sparar uppgifterna

Vi sparar dina uppgifter så länge det behövs för att hantera din förfrågan och en eventuell efterföljande dialog. Om kontakten inte leder vidare gallrar vi uppgifterna inom tolv månader. Leder kontakten till ett kundförhållande sparas uppgifterna så länge förhållandet består och så länge vi är skyldiga enligt lag, exempelvis bokföringslagen.

5. Vilka som kan ta del av uppgifterna

Dina uppgifter hanteras av Migalon AB. Vi kan komma att dela uppgifter med leverantörer som behandlar uppgifter för vår räkning, exempelvis för e-post och webbhotell. Sådana leverantörer är personuppgiftsbiträden och får endast behandla uppgifterna enligt våra instruktioner. Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter vidare.

6. Överföring till tredjeland

Vi strävar efter att behandla dina uppgifter inom EU/EES. Om en överföring till tredjeland skulle bli aktuell säkerställer vi att det finns en laglig grund för överföringen, exempelvis EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler.

Du har rätt att begära tillgång till de uppgifter vi behandlar om dig, att få felaktiga uppgifter rättade, att i vissa fall få uppgifter raderade, samt att invända mot eller begära begränsning av behandlingen. 2. What data we collect

When you complete the contact form on the website, we collect the information you provide yourself, which is normally your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect more data than you choose to share.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out a demonstration, and to have a dialogue about the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries from prospective customers and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a possible agreement.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any subsequent dialogue. If the contact does not lead further, we erase the data within twelve months. If the contact leads to a customer relationship, the data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for as long as we are required to retain it by law, for example accounting legislation.

5. Who can access the data

Your data is handled by Migalon AB. We may share data with suppliers who process data on our behalf, for example for email and web hosting. Such suppliers are data processors and may only process the data according to our instructions. We never sell your data on.

We aim to process your data within the EU/EEA. Should a transfer to a third country become relevant, we ensure there is a legal basis for the transfer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
